Rafflesia Twin Bungalow

Nice staff- we have left our motorbike in the parking lot for several days as we went to a lake tour. Thank you! Rooms and the jungle vibe is speechless! 🐒

Amazing place all around. Most beautiful place i stayed in in thailnd (other than the floating bungalows, even more beautiful). In the jungle, amazing view into the jungle from my terrace. There are monkeys (don't come near!) And frogs, and so so many butterflies. Breakfast... read more is nice. If it rained, there are mini waterfalls on the permiter that flow. The service was also the very best i had in thailnd. The worker there was so pleasant and also so efficient, with patience and solution to every problem. She had good English too. It's really close to the village (there's a 5 minutes shortcut! Don't go from the main road) and there's plenty of food and bars and minimarts. And amazing views - we saw a rainbow twice!! I reccomand going to eat in the village rather than the hotels restaurant, the food was better it was great. I absolutely reccomand.

Too artificial, strange service, bad location. The design is not real, artificial rocks and trees makes it "like a jungle" but it's a shame to have so much artificial design in one of the most beautiful places in Thailand. Our service experience was very poor, for example... read more rooms allocation between family members was strict and not friendly, or a demand to pay for lunch on spot and not on checkout, and above all we had a problem of no hot water in our room shower, and the answer we got is "there is nothing to do, we have monkeys around, maybe the did some damage"!!!! 😭 We had to use our friends shower, it appears the monkeys are harming only specific rooms... Location is beautiful, but a long walk to the small town with all the restaurants and agencies, especially with small kids for dinner. Do yourself a favor, take a less "fake" place, and more in the center of town. Added some beautiful pictures of the hotel to balance the 1 star 🌟

Had a great time at Rock and Treehouse recently!We only stayed two nights but we were upgraded to one of the newer circular cabins. It was peaceful but felt a bit like a fish bowl as you can see all the way through all four... read more cabins. My main gripe with our room is there are few hangers and it was difficult to dry out our clothes.The property is beautiful with a great attention to detail and the staff is all very polite. The pool is larger and nice and chilled, which helps in the jungle!It is a walk to the town and national park, and which is definitely a bit of a sketchy one as there's a crossing without hand rails and a steep hill but it is easily accessible.We took a tour offered by the hotel of bamboo rafting, which also included fish and monkey feeding. We really enjoyed it.

Far too expensive, but cool place to stay, sitting on your balcony and hear the sounds of all the animals around you. You see a lot of monkeys around you. Watch out that they do not steel your food. The hotel itself is amazing. Staff if very nice and kind. Our negative experience: we booked an overnight lake tour in the hotel and it was quite dissapointing. Group size was 35. In the "jungle trekking" 35 people walked together. "Morning safari" was going with two... read more extremely loud longtail boats, obviously we did not spot any animals, it is impossible like this. After that we got 1 hour free time for kayaking but there was not enough kayaks for everyone. So we spent 20mins waiting for someone to return a kayak. Cave tour was terrible, with the 35 people it was crowded. I recommend to book yourself 1-2 nights on a floating resort, go kayaking on your own, relax and not participate in this organized tour!

Nice hotel with pool and restaurant. The place is clean and the staff is serviceminded, the Food is thai and International. Monkey Came on visit in the morning.The location is only 600m from Entrance to Khao sok Nationalpark 300m from bus station.

This is a very special hotel. Not sure if resort is the correct description. The treehouses are beautiful and the nature is breathtaking. But it’s not very well kept and it seems the monkeys use the swimming pool more than the guests. There are many... read more monkeys around, wasps during breakfast and HUGE spiders lurking in the rooms, but hey thats the Jungle experience. The workers were nice and happy to help. If you are going to the National Park thats an hour drive… the nearby street is adorable, many nice restaurants nearby.

When we stayed here, we were the only ones in the resort. At first it was a bit strange but it was so quite and relaxing. There are still some constructions going on in the resort. The resort was a 10 minutes walk to the... read more village. The reception was very helpful and kind. At our last day there were some more people arriving and with that the monkeys came too. You get the real sense of being in the jungle.

A bit off the beaten path which is great for a quiet (excepting the usual jungle noises of course) night! Loads of nature everywhere too. Rooms and walkways are a little run down but not to the point of being bothered by it.
