This is a great little resort in the jungle. It's worth mentioning its currently under expansion and renovation. The 'strip' is a 10 min walk up a dirt track or 200bht in a taxi, the strip has plenty of bars, restaurants, travel kiosks, it still... read more has a traveller feel to it (hope this isn't spoiled) trips into the jungle are superb, we booked a half day which was just right. Also got a day trip to the lake. The rooms are basic but clean and everything you need. The monkeys hang around looking for mischief and are entertaining. The best bit of the rock and tree house is the superb staff, they are awesome and will do any thing for you, with a massive smile 😃. Don't let the negative reviews put you off, if you want jungle experience, this is it. Kop khun khrap.

Amazing place all around. Most beautiful place i stayed in in thailnd (other than the floating bungalows, even more beautiful). In the jungle, amazing view into the jungle from my terrace. The service was also the very best i had in thailnd. The worker there was so pleasant and also so efficient, with patience and solution to every problem. She had good English too. It's really close to the village (there's a 5 minutes shortcut! Don't go from the main road) and there's plenty of food and bars and minimarts. And amazing views - we saw a rainbow twice!! I reccomand going to eat in the village rather than the hotels restaurant, the food was better it was great. I absolutely reccomand.

This is a really cool hotel right in the middle of the national park and a few minutes walking from the main street. We were overall really happy with our stay there. And it was amazing to wake up in the middle of the forest with monkeys running and trying to get into the room. Would definitely recommend and would probably be back.

The resort is really beautiful. Nice and clean rooms. The staff is super friendly, and the restaurant has good food.They offer differend kind of tours, which are really nice and fun. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

The hotel itself is amazing. Staff if very nice and kind. Our negative experience: we booked an overnight lake tour in the hotel and it was quite dissapointing. Group size was 35. In the "jungle trekking" 35 people walked together. "Morning safari" was going with two... read more extremely loud longtail boats, obviously we did not spot any animals, it is impossible like this. After that we got 1 hour free time for kayaking but there was not enough kayaks for everyone. So we spent 20mins waiting for someone to return a kayak. Cave tour was terrible, with the 35 people it was crowded. I recommend to book yourself 1-2 nights on a floating resort, go kayaking on your own, relax and not participate in this organized tour!

We did the half-day jungle trek and it was one of the best experiences we had on our 3-week long vacation. If you like nature and/or animals, I highly recommend this tour. It was INCREDIBLE. The rooms were massive. Nice wooden floors. Walls of the bedroom were all giant picture windows which was beautiful. The outdoor balcony is huge. The bathroom was huge. Good toilets and good water temp. Monkeys frequented the area which was cool to see. Rooms contain mini fridge and lockbox. Food at the resort hotel was absolutely delicious. Breakfast was a bit simple but it did the trick. This resort is a 5 min drive from Khao Sok National Park which is so convenient! Also within a couple minutes of a tiny town with a couple restaurants & cafes. We did not use the pool although they do have a small one.My complaints are few and minor: The water pressure in the shower sometimes gave out momentarily, but that's understandable seeing as you're staying in the jungle. AC took a while to get going and cool the room down, but if you take the physical key they give you and leave the key card in the room to run electricity (and AC), it gets better. I think my biggest issue was that the curtains on the bedroom windows didn't shut all the way. At least one window most certainly will be facing another bungalow or the restaurant. Especially at night when it's dark outside and you turn the lights on inside, you can see everything... I wish the curtains overlapped instead of leaving a gap between them.Overall, my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and we would for sure stay here again. I recommend it. I rate it 4.5/5 stars, rounded up to 5!

Amazing place, very unique ,feels like in the middle of nature, monkeys are free around. Rooms have a lot of space, and the restaurant is good. At night you can hear the nature. I loved it.
